Global parameters :
Given the current problem formulations values need to be set >= 0.001. Note: budget values cannot be set below the minimum possible based on the feature lock-in scenario selected.
We recommend starting with low values when setting the Boundary Penalty Factor (e.g. 1).
Note: Feature weights are relative to each other, e.g. a weight of 2 means a feature is twice as imporant as a feature with a weight of 1. We recommend values between 0 and 10.
